Roland Akwensivie is the co-founder and CEO of Delmi Solutions Inc. He brings over twenty-five years of hands-on experience in structured cabling, wireless and security to each of our projects. He is creative, energetic and has a keen eye for detail. As a leader, Roland believes that success is a collective effort that comes from the work and sweat of many talented individuals.
He currently serves on the board of directors and executive staff. An entrepreneur from an early age, he helps drives the company’s vision, strategy, and growth by providing intelligent solutions specifically tailored towards the unique needs of all our clientele. Roland plays an active role in crafting the company culture and innovating future growth opportunities. His lifelong appreciation for electronic design and product creativity led him to pursue a Bachelors Degree in Physics and a Diploma in Project Management. He is married with 4 children.
